Harvest Mountain
The PURPOSE of Harvest Mountain as a ministry is to train, equip and activate prayer intercessors, healing prayer ministers, and to train people in evangelism outreach. Harvest Mountain provides also prayer counseling, premarital counseling, wedding services and retreat and conference speakers on prayer training, the authority of the believer, growing in intimacy with God. The biblical basis of Deliverance Ministry is also available in a weekend conference format.
If you need to develop a prayer team in your church, Barbara can consult and train you in that area. The newest addition to Harvest Mountains Kingdom work is the radio show on Sunday Evening at 7 pm on KLTT 670 AM – Knowing Jesus More. The show can be listened to anywhere in the world if you go to their website at the time the show airs and click on. Each show provides a conversation about being a prayer minister, healing, growing to hear the voice of God and bringing more of heaven to the earth. The website www.denverhealingconnection.com lists all churches and healing rooms and healing ministers in metro Denver.
Rev. Barbara Moore is the Director of Harvest Mountain. She and her husband's life as “new Christians” included prayer ministry and Jesus and the Holy Spirit bringing miracles and healing to the Church regularly.
Barbara comes from a very ecumenical background and at her first Woman’s Retreat one of her friends was prayed for as she was in a wheelchair. Well, someone prayed a Scripture and pronounced for her to get up and walk and she did! Barbara knew so little about the Bible at that point in her life she didn’t even know it was a Scripture! Isn’t God wonderful! Then a few months later the deacon at her church who had MS and was in a wheelchair—got up out of his wheelchair in front of whole congregation and read the Word. He was crippled for several years and is still walking.
As a Hospital Chaplain, Barbara worked on the oncology [cancer] floor. During that time in her life her best friend, mother and grandson all had gotten cancer. They are all fine today. Then to the dreaded day a year or so later Barbara heard those words about herself - Barbara you have carcinoid tumors. She immediately prayed to God and asked for a “word from the Lord for her situation.” The Lord said, “It will be gone.” Praise God, not that Barbara would be gone but the cancer would be! She had a huge seven hour operation called a Whipple Procedure. If you go on line and look this up it is one of the biggest surgeries a person can have. Two days after the surgery they tell her she has more cancer in her colon.
Prayer began and continued with hundreds of intercessors. Today Barbara is promised by God she will never again have cancer. The tumors dissolved in GODS MEDICINE—the Word and with prayer.
She gives this testimony during many of her workshops and retreats.
